Full Service Sites

Each seasonal site is fully serviced with 30 amp hydro and sewer. Tenants are on individual hydro meters, which are read annually by Tall Timber Lodge and billed accordingly. All tenants are required to pay a minimum $100 fee per year for hydro, if you exceed that amount you will be charged the difference. All lots include a below grade holding tank which is the tenants responsibility to empty as required.

Lot Types

We offer waterfront and back lot options. All lots have mature vegetation, grassed yards and limestone driveways. Waterfront lots are permitted to install their own Tall Timber Lodge approved docking systems, which must be maintained by the tenants individually. Back lots are NOT permitted to use the waterfront access unless given permission by the waterfront tenants themselves. Both lot types are beautiful and range in character depending on the location.

Please note in order to obtain a waterfront lot, you must purchase a new or used unit thru Tall Timber Lodge.

Visual Acceptance Standards

We ask that all tenants adhere to our strict architectural and landscape visual standards. We no longer accept motorhomes or units greater than 10 years old into the park. Some exceptions may apply but must be approved by TTL. Gazebos and decks are permitted provided the size, location and aesthetics are approved by Tall Timber Lodge prior to construction. All tenants are allowed one approved shed on their site. No guest cabin/bunk houses allowed.
