All tenants and their guests are required to observe the following rules at all times to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all concerned and your cooperation in this regard will be appreciated.

  • Trailer sites are for the exclusive use of your own family and are not to be rented or loaned.
  • All vehicles and equipment must be parked on your site and not left on the road.
  • Tenants on back-lots must not cut through waterfront lots unless permission is obtained from the neighbor tenant.
  • Any trailer sales on-site, require the prior approval of management, both as to the purchaser as well as the acceptability of the camping unit itself. Sale of trailer on waterfront lots is strictly prohibited as we have a waiting list for these lots.
  • All tenants are required to haul their own garbage to the municipal dump.  The barrels provided are for cabin guests only.
  • Approval of TALL TIMBER LODGE must be obtained prior to undertaking any construction on your site.
  • The speed limit on all TALL TIMBER LODGE roads is 15km/hr.
  • Use of ATV’s must be strictly confined within the hours of 10:00 am and 9:00 pm and noise levels must be acceptable, otherwise they will be prohibited.  Riding around the cabins is prohibited and please refrain from constant ‘joy riding’ within the TALL TIMBER LODGE grounds. Keep off the grass and out of the TALL TIMBER LODGE ditches.
  • There is no smoking, sunflower seeds or pets allowed inside the fenced pool area.  There is no food or glass allowed on the pool deck.
  • Campfires must be confined to approved fire pits and carefully supervised. Inquire at the store if clarification is required and please ensure all fires are doused with water before being left unattended.
  • Refrigerators must not be in view on any site and are to be placed in an enclosed area.
  • A ‘quiet time’ is to be observed from 11:00pm to 9:00am.
  • Pets are to be kept on a leash and not allowed to wander freely. Owners must clean up after them.
  • All yards must be kept in a clean and orderly condition.  Grass must be cut on a regular basis.
  • Only one storage shed per lot of either PC or wood construction with vinyl siding.  Low quality metal sheds DO NOT qualify. Extra sheds on lots will be surcharged $300.00 per year.  Prior approval is needed before any shed is placed on the lot.
  • Visitors with truck campers, tent trailers, tents or motor homes staying over night must pay a per night camping fee and register at the store.  Check out is noon. Visitors pay for boat launch and docking fees as required.
  • Tenants not maintaining their lot in a satisfactory manner will have 7 days to correct the problem after notification.
  • Outdoor clothes lines are not attractive and are not permitted.
  • Water taps around Tall Timber Lodge property are for fire prevention and NOT drinking water. Water may be bad for your health. Tall Timber Lodge does not provide potable water!
  • Park may be used on a year round basis but roads will not be cleaned of snow.
  • A $600.00 non-refundable deposit is required by September 30 of each year to reserve your lot for the next season or you must vacate Tall Timber Lodge property.
  • Personal property storage on TALL TIMBER LODGE property of any non-summer RV related equipment is not permitted. All personal belongings must be stored inside your shed and not on the ground visible to other tenants. Anything left outside on Tall Timber property will be disposed of!
  • Any dock construction or installation must be approved by TALL TIMBER LODGE.
  • Winter Storage of unit on site at no charge with $400.00 lot deposit.
  • Absolutely no tree or bush cutting allowed without the approval of management.
  • A maintenance fee will be charged to campers neglecting their campsite at a rate of $75.00 per hour.
  • Docks owned by waterfront tenants are for the exclusive use of those tenants renting the waterfront lot. Any water front tenants authorizing use of their dock by another party will be subject to an increased lot fee!
  • Lot tenants are responsible for the conduct of their guests and financially liable for any damage they may cause.
  • Tenants staying beyond their first season will be require to skirt in their trailer with plastic lattice of acceptable alternative. Also pressure-treated lumber is to be used for any decks, etc.
  • Roads throughout the parks may be closed for a brief period in the spring when required to avoid rutting and damage.
