Rules & Policies

Deposit Policy

  • $100 plus taxes deposit required for reservations under a week
  • $250 deposit required for weekly reservations
  • All deposits must be processed on a credit card at the time of booking - the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival
  • Methods of Payment Accepted: VISA, M/C, debit or cash (sorry no personal cheques)
  • 100% deposit is required for the HOLIDAY SEASON

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to confirmed arrival date, less a $25.00 service charge
  • LESS THAN 30 DAY NOTICE IS NON-REFUNDABLE
  • NO REFUNDS FOR HOLIDAY SEASON RESERVATIONS
  • No refunds for days lost through late arrival or early departure
  • OUR POLICY IS FIRM NO EXCEPTIONS

Cabin Rules

  • NO SMOKING WITHIN THE CABIN If these rules are broken guests will be charged an additional $100 fee for cleaning
  • NO PETS ALLOWED
  • All patio furniture must remain on the deck - if you’d like lawn chairs for around the campfire please bring from home
  • Quiet time is 11:00 pm to 9:00 am for all guests no exceptions
  • Bath Towels & Linens Provided (sorry no daily maid service)
  • Pool Towels are NOT provided (please bring from home)
  • Firewood is not included in the rental fee - it can be purchased from the lodge for a minimal surcharge
  • Complementary boat launch included
  • Dock Rentals available for cabin guests for a minimal daily fee
  • Complimentary Paddleboat, Canoe and Kayak Rentals
